1. Application Submission
Begin by visiting the nearest office to obtain the application form for a water connection. Fill out the form accurately with all the required information.
2. Documentation
Along with the application form, you will need to submit certain documents, which may include: Proof of ownership or tenancy agreement for the property where the water connection is requested, a copy of your national identification, any other documents specified.
3. Site Inspection
After submitting your application, the water company will conduct a site inspection. This involves a representative visiting the property to assess the feasibility of providing a water connection and to determine the best location for it.

4. Connection Fee Payment
Once the site inspection is completed, you will receive information about the connection fees and related charges. These fees can vary based on factors such as the type of connection and other considerations. Make the necessary payment as instructed
5. Connection Installation
After receiving the payment, the water company will schedule the installation of the water connection. This process involves connecting your property to the main water supply line.
6. Meter Installation
A water meter will be installed along with the connection. This meter measures the amount of water you use, and you will be billed accordingly. Ensure that the meter is installed accurately and securely.
